ELITE Construction will deliver the ground-up development of a Class A multifamily community in Northwest San Antonio, Texas, near Helotes. The project consists of an approximately 8-acre site designed to integrate with the surrounding Hill Country environment.

Site Development

• Full site preparation, including clearing, grading, and utility installation
• Construction of internal roads, parking, sidewalks, and landscape areas
• Development of outdoor amenities, including a saltwater pool, fire pits, dog park, and hike and bike trails

Vertical Construction

• Podium-style multifamily construction consisting of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences (458 – 1,572 SF)
• Building envelope, roofing, and façade systems designed for durability and regional context
• Installation of energy-efficient systems, including triple-pane windows

Interior & Amenities

• High-end unit interiors featuring Bosch appliances, Italian cabinetry, integrated closet systems, and customizable finishes
• Construction of shared amenity spaces including a café, yoga room, owner’s lounge/library, and co-working areas
