ELITE Hosts Exotic Racing Experience for Developers at NMHC

The ELITE Team recently attended the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, joining developers, architects, capital partners, and industry leaders from across the country for one of the multifamily industry’s most anticipated gatherings.

As part of the week’s events, ELITE sponsored a private developer experience at SpeedVegas, offering attendees the opportunity to connect outside the traditional conference setting. The event created space for meaningful conversations and strengthened partnerships that extend well beyond the conference floor.

Throughout NMHC, our team met with new and existing partners to explore future collaboration opportunities and discuss current market conditions. Leadership also shared insights on alternative capital strategies, highlighting ELITE’s experience utilizing EB-5 funding on a $100+ million multifamily project in North Texas.

The overall sentiment at this year’s conference was optimistic. Capital is re-entering the market, deal flow is gaining momentum, and many groups are expanding into high-growth regions like Texas.
