Celebrating 10 Years of ELITE and the Launch of Our New Headquarters
On October 24, ELITE Construction welcomed industry partners, clients, and friends to celebrate two major milestones: the launch of our brand-new headquarters and the 10th anniversary of our company.
Hosted on the 26th floor of the Adolphus Tower in downtown Dallas, the event marked the first time guests were invited in to experience our new space; the beginning of a multi-phase buildout that reflects just how far ELITE has come over the past decade.
As leaders and partners from across the construction and real estate development industries arrived, the evening quickly filled with warm conversations, shared memories, and excitement for what lies ahead. Guests enjoyed a beautifully curated charcuterie spread and a full-service bar, both catered by Vestals Catering, while exploring the Phase 1 portion of the new office overlooking the Dallas skyline.
During the event, President & Principal, Dustin Mayers, offered a toast that highlighted the significance of the moment. He shared the journey of ELITE’s early days, the company’s continued growth, and the vision for the future — including the upcoming Phase 2 buildout and future expansion into the floors below.
“We’re excited to keep growing as an organization, and we hope that a lot of that growth is with the people in this room,” Dustin shared during his toast. “Cheers to our 10-year anniversary and our new headquarters for ELITE Construction.”
What began as a small team with a big vision has evolved into a leading multifamily general contracting firm delivering exceptional projects across Texas. This new headquarters stands as a symbol of that progress, a space designed to support collaboration, innovation, and the next chapter of ELITE’s expansion.
The milestone event was not just a celebration of where we are today, but of the partnerships and people who helped us get here. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who joined us and for all those who’ve supported ELITE throughout the last decade.
Here’s to the next 10 years — and the exciting opportunities ahead.
