Dustin Mayers
President & Principal
Dustin's Biography
As President and Founding Partner of ELITE Construction, Dustin is devoted to the quality of every project and the satisfaction of every client. Dustin excels not only in cultivating relationships and securing new opportunities for the business but also in working closely with each department of the ELITE Team throughout the entire construction process to ensure jobs are done with excellence and client experiences are extraordinary.
Dustin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Dallas Baptist University and began his career working with clients at a local wealth management firm as a licensed financial advisor. Later, his passion for serving his clients’ needs led him to do so through real estate investments and construction by launching ELITE Construction in 2015. Through managing his own real estate projects and those of his clients, he has learned many valuable lessons and has mastered the skill of project execution. Dustin is a highly skilled construction management professional with comprehensive development expertise and has a proven track record of successful projects. His determination to serve his clients allows him to be a people-centered advocate, providing solutions for all of their construction needs.
In his free time, Dustin enjoys traveling to other countries, learning new languages, and doing physical activities.

Michael Collins

Michael's Biography
Michael Collins has been sole owner of Star Property Management and Construction in Midland, Texas for the past 27 years. In 1998 he began his commercial construction company in conjunction with commercial property management to design, remodel, and update office spaces occupied by many tenants over the years. Michael has represented numerous building owners in managing commercial properties in the metroplex area through his property management company.
He has extensive turnkey commercial General Contractor experience recruiting crews, developing design plans, and increasing the value of properties with updated amenities and floor plans. His main focus as a General Contractor has been to refurbish multi-level office buildings, warehouses, and shopping centers.
Michael has purchased and maintained several commercial properties in the Midland area over the past 20 years. And has successfully sold several commercial properties to earnest consumers.

Chase Wood
Executive Vice President
Chase's Biography
As the Executive Vice President at ELITE Construction, Chase brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in real estate development, construction management, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams on complex projects across the nation and internationally, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations. At ELITE, Chase plays a pivotal role in shaping construction strategy, mentoring teams, and ensuring projects are executed with precision, quality, and efficiency.
Known for his strengths in organizational culture, strategic planning, and process improvement, Chase is passionate about aligning company goals with long-term growth opportunities. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Construction Project Management, along with degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration.
Outside of work, Chase is an FAA-licensed private pilot, a multiple-time IRONMAN triathlete, and a devoted husband and father of three.

Corey Pruitt
Director of Operations
Corey's Biography
Corey Pruitt is the Director of Operations at ELITE Construction, where he oversees day-to-day operations and supports project teams in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. He collaborates closely with Project Managers, leads monthly team meetings, and drives performance in safety, quality, scheduling, and cost control.
Prior to his current role, Corey served as a Senior Project Manager, leading complex multifamily and commercial projects while acting as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and engineers. He was responsible for financial oversight, scheduling, and directing on-site construction teams. Earlier in his career, Corey gained hands-on experience in sales, estimating, and project execution, and worked as an engineering consultant supporting MEP design for residential and light commercial developments.
Corey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.

Tamirys Mayers

Tamirys's Biography
As Director of Business Administration at ELITE Construction, Tamirys plays a very important role behind the scenes of the company. She is highly skilled in business finance management and handles the company’s accounting, banking, estimating, and invoicing. She also prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Tamirys began her career in accounting and business administration at a national fitness gym where she managed membership accounts, payment processing, and business-to-business sales contracts. She later joined the ELITE team, where she is an extremely vital team member for the company to successfully serve clients with their construction needs.

Ian Hawkins
Director of People & Culture
Ian's Biography
Ian Hawkins is the Director of People and Culture at ELITE Construction, where he leads the company’s human resources strategy with a focus on compliance, talent development, and organizational growth. A native Texan, Ian brings 18 years of HR experience across the finance, healthcare, and construction industries, having partnered with both large global organizations and small private equity–backed companies.
Throughout his career, Ian has led initiatives in HR compliance, talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, and total rewards. He is known for building scalable policies and procedures that support long-term success, while fostering a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and growth. Passionate about leadership and development, Ian takes pride in helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He stays actively involved in coaching his son’s football, basketball, and baseball teams, as well as his daughter’s softball team.

Cheyenne Williams
Office & Project Administrator
Cheyenne's Biography
Cheyenne Williams is the Office and Project Administrator at ELITE Construction, where she plays a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly and projects are well-supported. With over 10 years of combined experience in office management and bookkeeping, she oversees administrative operations and payroll with precision and care.
Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and solutions-oriented approach, Cheyenne excels at creating efficient systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting teams so they can stay focused on delivering results. Her thoughtful and reliable nature makes her a steady presence across both office and project operations.
Outside of work, Cheyenne enjoys spending time with her daughter and being outdoors. She loves the beach, the mountains, and going for drives that lead to quiet countrysides, animals, and hidden cafés. Her faith in Jesus is a core part of who she is, and it influences both her personal and professional life.

Suzanne Collins
Administrative Advisor
Suzanne's Biography
Suzanne Collins began her career in the health care field in 1993 after her 1st child was born with a birth defect. She graduated from college with an Associated Degree as a registered nurse in 2003 and immediately continued her career in hospice care. Her calling to healthcare as a hospice nurse was to predominantly help, heal and teach patients and caregivers during their most difficult time in life. Her passion was to care for the elderly in their homes and hospitals as they journeyed through the dying process. In 2006 she opened a home health agency in the Midland/Odessa petroplex of the Permian Basin. She alsoserved as co-owner of a medical equipment agency serving hospice patients. In 2010, Suzanne expanded her knowledge base in the medical field by becoming certified by the Board of Medical Specialty Coding & Compliance for home health and hospice agencies.
Upon her retirement in 2017 from the medical field, Suzanne sold her ownership in hospice and home health to start a different career with her focus on the family-owned commercial construction business.
Along with joining the family construction company, she has assisted in designing and remodeling of residential and commercial construction projects. And most recently redesigning outdoor living spaces. She also enhanced her knowledge in the real estate field by becoming a real estate agent in the State of Texas.

Scott Wilson

Scott's Biography
Scott Wilson brings expertise from Dell Technologies in business development and technology deployment. A results-driven leader, he optimizes strategic operations, streamlines high-value projects, and enhances efficiency.
With a hands-on approach, Scott effectively manages resources in fast-paced environments, leveraging research and technology to improve construction processes. His dedication to innovation and operational excellence drives ELITE Construction’s growth and success.

Scott Martin
Business Development Manager
Scott's Biography
Scott Martin is the Business Development Manager at ELITE Construction, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to his role. He is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. With a strong track record in relationship development, Scott has spent the past eight years in business development, including leadership roles such as Director and Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations. His ability to foster trust and deliver value plays a key role in expanding ELITE Construction’s client base.
Scott began his career as a Project Manager and steadily advanced through senior roles, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the construction process. This hands-on experience allows him to support clients at every stage, from initial conversations to project completion.
In addition to his role at ELITE, Scott remains active in the industry through participation in various trade organizations, staying current on trends and developments that shape the construction landscape.

Monica Vargas
Senior Project Manager
Monica's Biography
Monica Vargas is a proactive and dedicated Senior Project Manager at ELITE, responsible for overseeing project delivery from contract administration to stakeholder engagement, procurement, and risk management.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and an MBA focused on Infrastructure, and has led cross-functional teams across the U.S., Colombia, Mexico, Chile, and beyond. Monica consistently ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
She specializes in implementing high-performance standards while maintaining cost efficiency and optimizing construction processes. Her expertise encompasses team development, strategic leadership, and continuous process improvement. She leverages digital tools to streamline project frameworks and enhance overall project execution.

Mathew Mesfun
Project Manager
Mathew's Biography
Mathew Mesfun is a Project Manager at ELITE Construction, where he oversees day-to-day project execution, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control for multifamily developments.
Before finding his footing in construction, Mathew explored various odd jobs until an encounter with the trades revealed his true calling. He got his start as a home warranty plumber in the Dallas–Fort Worth area in his mid-twenties. After relocating to New Orleans, he transitioned into new construction plumbing while earning his associate degree in Civil and Construction Applied Engineering Technology. That hands-on experience gave him a deeper understanding of how projects come together and sparked a lasting passion for construction.
Motivated to grow in the industry, Mathew earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston, along with a double minor in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the Bauer College of Business.
With over five years of experience on the general contractor side, Mathew brings a strong background in project scheduling, along with expertise in subcontractor coordination, budgeting, quality control, and day-to-day execution of multifamily construction projects. Known for his eagerness to learn and connect with others, Matthew brings energy and enthusiasm to every project—and is excited to grow alongside his team at ELITE.

Azalea Medina
Assistant Project Manager
Azalea's Biography
Azalea Medina is an Assistant Project Manager at ELITE Construction, where she helps coordinate construction activities, manage schedules, and support day-to-day project execution. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in tools like Procore, Autodesk, and Bluebeam, Azalea brings strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset to every project.
Her background includes hands-on experience in multifamily wood framing and general contracting, as well as working in her family’s subcontracting business, where she was involved in drywall, finishes, tape, bed, and paint.
This dual perspective, from both the subcontractor and general contractor sides, has given Azalea valuable insight into the full construction process and reinforced her belief in the importance of teamwork, hard work, and strong subcontractor relationships.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and continues to grow her career with a passion for delivering quality projects through collaboration and dedication.

With an MBA from Hardin-Simmons University and a B.A. in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University, he blends strategy with storytelling to make a lasting impact.
From managing websites and social media to creating stunning visuals, Moses helps shape ELITE Construction’s brand and connect with audiences in a meaningful way.

Laurent Duran
Project Superintendent
Laurent's Biography
Laurent Duran brings years of hands-on construction experience and leadership to his role as Project Superintendent at ELITE Construction. His career began as a carpenter working alongside his father after high school and college—an early start that sparked a lasting passion for the construction industry.
At ELITE, Laurent is responsible for managing and coordinating on-site activities with subcontractors, inspectors, city officials, and owner representatives to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard and aligned with the client’s vision.
OSHA 30-certified, Laurent is known for his dedication, reliability, and strong leadership. His expertise spans construction scheduling, budget control, safety compliance, and technical skills in excavation, trenching, scaffolding, and more. Proficient in tools like Procore and Autodesk, Laurent also excels in mentoring teams and solving complex challenges—making him an essential part of ELITE’s field leadership team.

Israel Turcios
Assistant Project Superintendent
Israel's Biography
Israel Turcios is an Assistant Superintendent at ELITE Construction, bringing over four years of multifamily experience with a strong background in wood framing. In his role, he supports project coordination, scheduling, and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of ELITE’s developments.
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Israel is dedicated to continuous learning and growth within the industry. His career goals include advancing into a Project Manager or Superintendent role, where he can further apply his skills and leadership.
Passionate about construction, Israel values the constant opportunities to learn, improve, and take on new challenges, making him a driven and valuable member of the ELITE team.
