The Eastern Apartments is a 112-unit multifamily apartment complex in Dallas, Texas, that underwent a complete renovation. The project included:
- Stripping the existing structure down to the studs, both inside and out.
- Rebuilding interior units with new drywall, insulation, HVAC systems, appliances, tile, tubs, toilets, vanities, and cabinets.
- Renovating the exterior with new sheathing, siding, windows, bricks, and exterior doors throughout.
- Replacing the asphalt parking lot.
