• Removed all existing exterior and interior to the studs
• Rebuilt interior units with new drywall, insulation, HVAC units, appliances, tile, tubs, toilets, vanities and cabinets.
• Rebuilt exterior units with new sheathing, siding, windows, bricks, and new exterior doors thru-out.
• Replaced asphalt parking lot.
About
This 112-unit apartment complex was completely renovated. We removed all existing exterior and interior to the studs. We rebuilt interior units with new drywall, insulation, HVAC units, appliances, tile, tubs, toilets, vanities and cabinets. We rebuilt exterior units with new sheathing, siding, windows, bricks, and new exterior doors thru-out. We also re-did the asphalt parking lot.
